Leadership behaviors promote the Productivity of the Company

In every moment, leaders have the power to create and smooth paths of victory or break up organizations. According to their actions, thoughts, and decisions, leaders set the tone for the company’s culture and environment. It is known, commitment, resilience, self-reliance, and taking the decision on time are traits common in every successful person, and they are found particularly among leaders. However, there are many treats must be exist in every successful leader that is able to promote and better the performance at work. They are connected to their roles among their subordinates as the leader must be a teacher, a judge, a consultant, and a representative for subordinates.
But the question is how significant is effective leadership as it relates to company’s success or not? During the leadership study period, this was sought to be revealed by quantifying leadership in terms of long-term equity / fairness of the organization.
The successful leader must be a teacher because he possesses a commitment to teaching his subordinates the best way to perform their assignments, in addition to tutoring them the skills needed to perform the tasks correctly.

Even when a leader accurately shapes his duties, he leaves a positive impression on his subordinates that would be reflected on their performance at work.

Leaders who want their actions to influence others, they need to commitment as well. This means being existing at events of their working life, being enthusiastic about new services or product launches, and communicating with employees. For these efforts to be effective, they must be consistent.
So, leading people means to have the ability to do positively influence and inspire them and system as well to have a good meaningful impact and accomplish the results as must be determined by the organization or the corporation. Furthermore, the only way to make people be influenced to achieve certain goals is the mechanism of the leadership how to use of the power and authority to manage the process in the company towards achievement of goals.

The successful leader is a judge. Thus, he has an obligation to assess the performance of his subordinates at work as well as to implementing laws and compromising any dispute that may arise between them. Therefore, the leader is more aware of the laws, rules, and procedures for promotion, demotion and dismissal of employees. Moreover, he should pay attention to his appearance and behaviour towards subordinates. He should therefore be neutral that is not based on a particular aspect so that it can be trusted and respected by all subordinates. Finally, he must promote or exclude subordinates according to principles of justice to maintain the reflection of fairness on their productivity.

Effective leadership is not simply based on a set of traits, behaviours, and events. A wide range of capabilities and methods are indeed needed. This is why transformational leadership is often accurate. Transformational leaders show integrity of their deeds and know how to develop a powerful and inspiring vision for the future. They motivate people to achieve this vision, manage its design, and build stronger, more successful teams.

One of the strategy to motivate the employees in the company and to make them be more productive and diligent to their works. The leaders should use various leadership models to continue focussing on the situational influence. There are many different theories in leadership as the following:
Contingency theory: Focus on what leaders do as framework based on leader’s behaviour. Implicitly indicating under what conditions employee-oriented leadership will be effective and under what kind of conditions production-oriented leadership is most effective, the most popular theory appears to be Fiedler’s theory.

Trait theory: Focus on individual characteristics of successful leaders to encourage them to have a strong desire for accomplishment. To make the leader be creative and more intelligent. To make the leader show more initiative, through the ability to make decisions and take action without waiting for someone else to tell him what to do. And the leader should have high tolerance towards his employees by willingness to allow them to do, say, or believe what they want without criticizing or punishing them. So, therefore, the most significant part is the leadership behaviours that define how different types of specific leader behaviour affect the performance and satisfaction of the followers.

Participatory theory: It assumes that participation in decision-making improves an understanding of the issues involved in the commitment of those who must implement decisions.
People are less competitive and more cooperative when working on common goals. Many people who decide together make better decisions than one person alone.
The most famous styles are Lewin’s style (Autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire and Likert’s style (Task oriented, relationship oriented, and participative style).
The leader’s job is to use structure, support, and rewards to create a work environment that helps employees reach the goals of the organization. So, some the characteristics of transformational leaders are represented as
1- Perfect Effect: Provides sight and a sense of mission, instils glory, and earns respect and trust.
2- Inspiring motivation: conveys high expectations, uses symbols to concentrate efforts, and expresses important goals in simple ways.
3- Intellectual stimulation: It enhances intelligence, rationality and careful problem-solving.

  1. Individual Considerations: Gives personal awareness, treats each employee individually, instructs, advises and coaches.
To continually enhance company cultivation and values, leaders must represent the goodness they foresee of their employees and model the behaviours they want to pursue. There will be greater support for the team when the leadership is involved in the company’s goals and volumes which will help in bringing the employees together and uniting them towards a joint goal.
A leader should establish a good relationship with his employees based on trust and self-respect.

It is known, in high-confidence environments, people don’t feel at all confused to speak directly and face real problems in a constructive way.
New idea is adopted, and errors are seen as part of the learning process.
So, it will be translated into a high degree of accountability. People are willing to ask for help when they need it, and they share the favour and the credit.
As a leader, you must know how to act as a leader can take training and a strong sense of self-consciousness as you observe your own actions.

The ethics of an organization are usually as good as those of its leaders. To create an organizational culture that promotes ethical behaviour and personal responsibility, leaders need to set an example for others.
The fact is still remained if employees see a leader as being less than honest and truthful in business connections, they may think they can act the same way and then corruption will instantly spread as a virus to whole parts of the company.
The results are clear, the company will go bankrupt and there will be no bright future anymore. It is just a failure and a loss of its value and reputation in the market.
As they say: Ethical leaders always know how to do the right thing. It can be difficult to define exactly what is “right”, but an ethical leader is not frightened/scared to do what he truly believes is right – even if it is inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unsuitable.
Just keep in mind that people will always be influenced and inspired by the power of your example more than the example of your power.
For companies to survive and thrive, their leaders must be clever at adapting new roles, forging new identities, and creating new meaning for themselves and for those who lead them. The companies of the future may look a little bit different from most companies today. For example, a consumer electronics and home appliance company may decide to change its workforce so that it can better oversee and reply to a changing consumer tendency. As a result, it may reorganize itself into 2,000 independent units, each with its own profits and losses, and then pay employees’ salaries based on their performance.

The successful leader must be a consultant as the leading role of the leader imposes him to provide some advice to the subordinates to prevent problems or disasters from occurring. Even solving their problems would be contributed to a piece of advice is delivered by the leader. For instance the subordinates may commit a misconception to identify the main problem that might lead to disastrous consequences if the leader abstained from providing advice.
If history teaches us anything, it is that the worst of times can bring out the best in people – individually and collectively – causing us to think more broadly and advance smarter. Let’s focus on doing that now and onwards.
As a leader must use his power to make other staff members act in certain manners. As a leader must use his charm which is represented by acting as a role model to make his employee conduct in certain ways that in return brings the prosperity and profits for the company or organization.

However, if you want to disrupt your marketplace, you need to create a solution that offers customers something that they did not possess it before or that offers some kind of services or products to an unserved client base. So, as disruptive innovation you can create a new tech before your competition that make you unique and distinctive. It is not just the big companies that need to do this. Almost every company must innovate and use the digital economy to compete and prove itself in the market to stay ahead and reap profits and benefits.
The fact indicates that the disruptive innovation has become a major competitive requirement. Moreover, across diverse industries, winners as well often become losers, if they do not keep up with need of markets.

For instance, Kodak, Nokia and Blockbuster that couldn’t go forward with their rivals/competitors Apple/Samsung and Netflix respectively so, they lost their value and reputation in the market due to their leaders’ myopic attitude to see the faint signals of future disruption .

Frankly, the sluggishness of Nokia management that refused to adopt the company with a drastic changing market. For instance they rejected to adapt their smartphones with the Android operating system that became popular all over the world. Instead they spent a long time tailgating Samsung.
Furthermore, the ambiguity of Nokia sudden rise and fall is contributed to managerial factors, conglomeration, and to the innovation.
It is highly recommended that these sides should be paid enormous attention due to their huge contributions to the company’s success and failure.

The leader is a representative of his subordinates as he speaks on their behalf and defends their rights in addition to conveying their proposals to the highest leadership, moreover, conveying their impression, point of view and complains.

Eventually, as an inspiring leader, avoid two words “I and Go” as much as possible in your speech or engagement with staff members, rather than that be familiar with saying” We and Let us go” because you are a leader, not a boss.
Be a social leader and try to recognize there is a team of people responsible for creating and implementing all decisions and ideas.
Give your employees opportunities to get to know each other outside of the formal work environment and enjoy their success. Planning for events that happen from time to time, such as an annual vacation event or a community service event, will not only build trust and relationships among the employees /workers, but it will also help them feel connected to the company more than ever.

Leaders should introduce business to their companies to better the socio-economic development process that possesses many advantages in information technology, telecommunication technology, and digital economy.
Therefore, one of the keys to corporate success is having brilliant, well-educated leaders to understand how valuable the new innovation and technology they seek to integrate, synchronize, and make them work in harmony.
Incidentally, changing has the most adverse impact on human prosperity and the most reason to motivate and encourage people be innovators or fan with innovation.

The successful leader that is able to promote the performance at work must be a teacher, a consultant, a judge, and a representative to his subordinates. These roles must be taught to leaders due to their enormous impact on the subordinates’ performance.
