💭 Life’s Unfair Truths, But a Fighter Never Gives Up!
Life is not always fair, and opportunities don’t come equally to everyone. Some people are born with golden spoons in their mouths, effortlessly walking into jobs, stepping into opportunities, and securing success as if the world was made for them. Meanwhile, others knock on doors that never seem to open, facing rejection after rejection, struggling just to get a chance. But no matter how many setbacks, hardships, or disappointments you face—there is always hope. Your journey is unique, and your Rizq (sustenance) is written for you. It’s only a matter of time.
This article is dedicated to those who keep trying despite endless setbacks—those who refuse to give up even when life keeps saying ‘no.’
If you’ve ever felt overlooked, rejected, or stuck despite your hard work, know that you are not alone. Your patience, effort, and resilience will not go unnoticed—because Allah’s plan is always greater than what we see.
Until that breakthrough comes, here’s a reflection on the daily struggles of chasing success.
🌍 Teacher Waleed’s Life Lessons for Owais, Ruaa, and Ruba
Life is not a fairytale. It is not a straight road. It is not always kind.
Some people walk into success as if it were handed to them on a golden plate, while others fight every single day just to survive.
Today, I—Teacher Waleed—am here to teach Owais, Ruaa, and Ruba one of the most important lessons they will ever learn:
💡 Life is tough, unfair, and often cruel… but that does not mean you should give up. Because no matter how hard it gets, no matter how many doors close in your face—Allah’s plan is always greater than what we see, and everything happens for a reason.
You must understand that everyone’s journey is different. Just because someone is struggling doesn’t mean you will struggle the same way. Just because one person succeeds quickly doesn’t mean you are failing. Rizq (sustenance) always finds its way to you—it’s just a matter of time.
Nothing in life—good or bad—lasts forever. Change is inevitable. But what you do during that change determines the person you become.
💪 Reality Check: Life is Hard, But You Are Stronger!
I look into the eyes of Owais, Ruaa, and Ruba. They are young, full of dreams, but unaware of the harshness of the world.
So I tell them:
➡️ “Some people start the month knowing their salary is coming. I start the month not knowing where my next income will be. But I still wake up and keep pushing.”
➡️ “I have knocked on doors until my hands bled, but many never opened. Still, I knock again, because I believe Allah will guide me to the right one.”
➡️ “Some have ‘Vitamin W’ (connections) that open doors for them. I have only Tawakkul (trust in Allah) and the strength to keep going. “
➡️ “For some, ‘work-life balance’ means choosing vacations. For me, it means balancing between survival and hope.”
➡️ “Some people worry about which job offer to accept. I worry about whether I will ever receive one.”
➡️ “Some doors open easily for others. For me, it’s a battle. But I fight because I know Allah is preparing something greater.”
I pause. I see the shock on their faces. They never thought about life like this before.
But they must understand—this world is not always kind.
What is “Vitamin W”? The Secret Power of Connections & Nepotism 🧐
In today’s world, success often isn’t just about talent or hard work—it’s also about something called “Vitamin W”—a hidden advantage that many people don’t talk about but feel deeply.
🔹 What does “Vitamin W” mean?
“Vitamin W” stands for Wasta, an Arabic term that refers to personal connections, influence, or favoritism. It’s that invisible force that helps some people land jobs, get promotions, or access exclusive opportunities with ease.
But “Vitamin W” isn’t just about influence—it’s a form of nepotism, where family ties, friendships, and personal relationships outweigh merit and qualifications. It’s the reason why some doors open effortlessly for a select few, while others are left knocking endlessly.
🔹 What if you don’t have “Vitamin W”?
Not everyone has powerful connections to pull strings for them. But does that mean you should give up? Absolutely not!
💪 When others rely on “Vitamin W,” I rely on something stronger—
✅ Tawakkul (trust in Allah’s plan)
✅ Hard work and resilience
✅ Patience and perseverance
📌 My Path vs. Theirs
Some rely on Wasta. I rely on Tawakkul—the deep belief that Allah’s plan is always perfect. While others may have shortcuts, I have the strength to keep going, knowing that true success isn’t just about who you know but about the effort, patience, and faith you put in.
📌 Nepotism vs. Tawakkul: Two Paths, Two Journeys
Some people succeed because of nepotism. I succeed because I believe in effort, faith, and destiny. While others may take shortcuts, I take the road of perseverance, knowing that true success isn’t about “who you know” but about “what you build.”
🌟 Your Rizq (sustenance) is already written for you. No one can take what’s meant for you, and no amount of favoritism can override what Allah has planned.
🌟 The Hardest Truths, The Brightest Light!
I continue:
💡 “Owais, Ruaa, Ruba… Do you think life is supposed to be fair?”
They hesitate. Then they shake their heads.
**”Good. Because it isn’t. Some people are born into privilege, others have to fight for every inch. But that does not mean you lose hope. Because no matter what—Allah’s plan is greater than all of this.
📢 “Listen to me carefully! Your Rizq (Sustenance) is already written. It is coming to you. Just because you don’t see it yet does not mean it is not on its way. It is traveling to you at the right time.”
🔑 “Patience does not mean waiting—it means working hard while trusting Allah’s timing.”
💡 Let the world know—success isn’t about “Vitamin W” or nepotism. It’s about never giving up, trusting in Allah, and walking your own path with dignity. 🚀
🔥 “You must remember this: Nothing in this world stays the same. Struggles come and go. Hardship comes and goes. But if you lose yourself in the process, you will never see the success waiting for you.”
🌟 The Reality of Hard Work and Endless Setbacks!
Join us in uncovering the unspoken battles of striving for a better future. Each day is a test, and every rejection is a lesson. But through all the hardships, there’s always hope.
✅ Endless applications, countless rejections—but faith remains unshaken!
✅ Fighting against the odds, believing that a ‘yes’ will come!
✅ Finding strength in patience, knowing that Allah’s plan is always perfect!
🔥 The Unseen Battles of a Fighter!
- Some people wake up to a stable job, steady income, and a peaceful mind. Me? I wake up to uncertainty, struggling to find a single opportunity just to survive.
- Many people complain about their work, their salaries, or their routine. I wish I had a job to even complain about. My struggle isn’t about growth—it’s about survival.
- Some have ‘Vitamin W’ ( having connections) that open doors for them. I have only Tawakkul (trust in Allah) and the strength to keep going.
- For some, getting a job is as simple as applying, getting a call, and starting work. For me, it’s years of trying, rejection, and being ignored, yet I still push forward.
- Some people worry about promotions and bonuses, while I just hope for the first opportunity to prove myself. They take their blessings for granted, but I know the pain of having nothing.
- Others have connections that open doors for them. Me? I knock on every door, yet they remain closed. Still, Alhamdulillah, I trust in Allah’s plan.
- I watch my applications get ignored while someone’s friend gets the job. But I remind myself: my rizq is written by Allah, not by favoritism.
- We’ll call you if there’s an opportunity. I’ve heard that too far many times, only to find out later that someone’s cousin —or someone from personal relationships—got the job.
- There are those who get jobs easily and don’t even appreciate them. I fight every day just to earn a basic income, yet the struggle never seems to end.
- Some people step into Ramadan with ease, knowing they have enough to support themselves. Me? I enter it with faith alone, hoping Allah will provide a way for me.
- Some people have their careers handed to them. Me? I chase opportunities, send messages, and wait—yet nothing comes. But I keep going.
- For some, rejection is just a small setback. For me, it’s been a lifestyle. But Alhamdulillah, I still stand, hoping for the day my efforts pay off.
- When I ask for a chance, they say, ‘You need experience.’ But how can I get experience if no one gives me a chance?
- I’ve applied to jobs where I met all the requirements, yet I was ignored. I’ve seen others get opportunities they didn’t even ask for. Life isn’t fair, but I still have hope.
- Many people look at their paychecks and complain. I look at my empty hands and say, ‘Alhamdulillah, at least I still have hope.’
- People switch jobs because they’re ‘bored.’ I’ve spent years searching for one stable job, yet doors keep closing.
- I watch others succeed effortlessly while I struggle daily, putting in ten times the effort. Still, I say, ‘Allah’s plan is better than mine.’
- They say, ‘Opportunities are everywhere.’ But where are they? I search every day, yet I find nothing.
- Some people don’t realize how blessed they are. They get jobs, promotions, and ease in life without much effort. Me? I fight, I endure, I pray, and I wait.
- It’s not laziness. It’s not lack of effort. It’s just that the doors I knock on never seem to open.
- They call it Vitamin W—the secret boost of favoritism and nepotism that makes success look easy for some. I may not have that, but my perseverance and faith are my own superpowers.
- People prepare for Ramadan by planning meals and gatherings. I prepare by praying that this year, Allah blesses me with enough to simply get by.
- They say, ‘Just be patient, things will come.’ But patience doesn’t fill an empty pocket or a struggling heart. Still, I trust Allah’s timing.
- I know my worth. But the world keeps telling me I’m not enough. Still, I keep trying.
- Some walk into success like it was waiting for them. I run towards it, yet it feels miles away. But I won’t stop running.
- I have fallen. I have been overlooked. I have been told “no” more times than I can count. But every rejection pushes me closer to the right door. I will not stop now—my victory is coming, Insha’Allah.
- The world tells me ‘work smart, not hard.’ But what if I’m already working as smart as I can and it’s still not enough?
- For some, rejection is just part of the process. For me, rejection feels like the only thing I ever get.
- I don’t need luxury. I just need peace of mind.
- They say, ‘If you want something, work for it.’ But what if you work hard every day and still get nothing?
- People think success happens overnight, but they don’t see the silent tears, the restless nights, the battles fought in solitude. I am building something greater, step by step. And when my time comes, they will see why the wait was worth it.
- Some people get promoted for doing nothing. I work hard every day, yet I’m stuck in the same place.
- When others are privileged with Vitamin W, their success seems inevitable. I, on the other hand, have built every step of my journey through sheer determination and unwavering trust in Allah.
- They tell me, ‘You’re overqualified.’ What they really mean is, ‘We fear your potential.’ I believe that learning and contributing to a team is a two-way street, where both parties have the opportunity to grow. Being ‘overqualified’ has never been a barrier to my dedication, adaptability, and willingness to support a team in any capacity.
- Some people make money in their sleep. I can’t even make enough when I’m awake, working hard, and searching everywhere.
- People say, ‘If one door closes, another opens.’ But what if every door I knock on stays locked? I just keep knocking.
- Some take their jobs for granted, skipping work, doing the bare minimum. I’d give anything for just one real opportunity.
- Many say, ‘It’s about who you know, not what you know.’ Then what happens to those of us with no connections but plenty of talent?
- I watch others talk about ‘financial freedom.’ I just want financial stability.
- In a world where some thrive on Vitamin W, I choose to build my own path. My success isn’t handed to me; it’s earned through endless effort and reliance on Allah.
- They look at me and say, ‘Why don’t you just get a job?’ If only they knew how many times I’ve tried, how many rejections I’ve faced, and how many nights I’ve prayed for just one chance.
- Some people fear change. I fear staying in the same place forever.
- They act like hiring is about qualifications and experience. But in reality, it’s about knowing the right person, not being the right person.
- Every day, while others enjoy their generous serving of Vitamin W, I push through challenges with the strength of Tawakkul. I know that genuine success is made, not given.
- I keep hearing, ‘Your time will come.’ I just pray that my time comes before my struggle breaks me.
- Some people start the month knowing their salary is coming. I start the month not knowing where my next income will be. Yet, I keep pushing forward.
- I send applications, emails, and messages. They get ignored. But I won’t ignore my faith in Allah’s plan
- Some people worry about which job offer to accept. I worry about whether I’ll ever receive one.
- They tell me, ‘Keep trying.’ As if I haven’t been trying for years. But I smile and say, ‘Insha’Allah, my time will come.’
- The world tells me to ‘network.’ But what if you don’t have the right ‘network’? I have only Allah, and that is the strongest connection of all.
- I’ve seen people with half my skills rise effortlessly. I have to fight for every small step forward. But I refuse to give up.
- Some people get hired without even applying. I apply every day, yet my inbox stays empty. But I won’t stop trying.
- Opportunities seem to chase some people. Me? I chase them, but they run faster. Still, I don’t stop running.
- Every day, I wake up hoping for good news, but all I get is another rejection. Still, I whisper Alhamdulillah and try again.
- Every rejection letter feels like a slap, but I refuse to let it knock me down.
- Some get hired in one interview. I go through multiple interviews, only to be ignored. But I keep preparing for the next one.
- Every hardship, every struggle, every painful moment—it all leads to something greater. I remind myself daily: Allah’s delay is not a denial. He is preparing me for something better.
- Some people’s biggest worry is career growth. My biggest worry is finding a chance to start.
- I watch others complain about ‘too much work.’ I wish I had work to complain about.
- Some people inherit success. I inherited struggle. But I believe that hard work and patience will change my destiny.
- People say, ‘Maybe this isn’t your path.’ But what if this is my path, and the road is just full of tests?
- People tell me, ‘Be patient.’ But patience is not just waiting—it’s working hard even when nothing seems to change.
- Some people worry about getting a raise. I worry about getting anything at all.
- They say, ‘There’s always another opportunity.’ But how many more times do I have to start from zero?
- For some, success is a straight road. For me, it’s a road full of obstacles, turns, and roadblocks. But I still walk.
- Some doors don’t open no matter how hard I knock. But Allah doesn’t close a door without preparing a better one.
- Some people get promotions they didn’t ask for. I ask for just one chance, and it’s denied over and over.
- When they reject me, they think they’ve stopped me. But they’ve only made me more determined.
- Every ‘no’ I hear makes me stronger. Because I know Allah’s ‘yes’ will come when the time is right.
- They tell me, ‘Don’t give up.’ But I never did. That’s why I’m still standing, still trying.
- Some people are born into opportunity. Others have to fight for every step. I am the fighter.
- It’s easy to say, ‘Just keep going’ when you’re not the one who has to. But I keep going anyway.
- People who have jobs don’t understand what it’s like to struggle for one. But one day, Insha’Allah, my struggle will turn into success.
- I see others succeed, and I say, ‘May Allah bless them.’ One day, someone will say the same about me.
- Some think I’m just unlucky. But I know that everything happens by Allah’s perfect plan.
- I’ve seen people walk into opportunities that I could only dream of. But I know my turn will come, Insha’Allah.
- If success came easily, I wouldn’t appreciate it as much. So when it comes, I’ll be grateful beyond words.
- I don’t need a shortcut. I just need a fair chance. But even without it, I will make my own way.
- For some, life is a ladder. For me, it feels like a wall I have to climb with my bare hands.
- Allah’s delay is not a denial. My time will come, Insha’Allah, and when it does, it will be worth every struggle.
- Some people are born with a daily dose of Vitamin W—connections that effortlessly open doors. I rely on hard work and Tawakkul, knowing my time will come, Insha’Allah.
- Some people get hired because of their skills. Others get hired because of their last name. I have skills, but no last name that opens doors.
- I see others succeed effortlessly, while I struggle for every small step. But I trust that my time will come.
- I didn’t grow up with powerful relatives or wealthy connections. All I have is hard work and dua (prayer) 🤲🏼—a constant reminder that I rely on Allah’s guidance and blessings every day.
- Some people get promoted because of merit. Others get promoted because of ‘who they know.’ I’m still waiting for merit to matter.
- They told me to study hard and get good grades. They forgot to tell me that connections matter more than qualifications.
- Some have powerful connections that clear their path. I have only my dua and my determination—but that’s enough.
- I don’t have an uncle in a high position. I don’t have family influence. But I have perseverance, and that’s enough for now.
- I’ve seen jobs filled before they were even advertised. Because in some places, personal connections are the only real qualification.
- They say, ‘Work hard, and you’ll succeed.’ But I’ve seen people succeed without working hard—just because of who they know.
- There is no wasted effort in the eyes of Allah. Even when I don’t see the results yet, I know He is working behind the scenes. My moment will come when it is meant to, not a second before or after.
- They tell me, ‘Don’t compare yourself to others.’ But how can I not, when I see people getting everything I’m struggling for?
- Some people are born into success. Others have to fight for every inch. I belong to the second group.
- While others get fed by Vitamin W, getting opportunities handed to them, I keep knocking on every door with determination and trust in Allah’s plan.
- They tell me I’m ‘overqualified.’ But the real reason is that they already hired someone they know.
- I’ve seen people walk into opportunities I had to fight for—just because of a personal connection. But I still believe my time will come.
- Some get second chances just because they know the right people. I’m still waiting for my first chance.
- My application was ‘under review.’ But someone’s friend walked in and got hired on the spot.
- The system isn’t broken. It was never designed to be fair in the first place. But I still push forward.
- Some people are handed opportunities; others have to carve their own path. I choose to carve. I choose to keep going, even when it feels impossible. Because I know Allah rewards those who persevere.
- In some places, friendship is more valuable than experience. That’s why I have to work twice as hard to prove myself.
- They tell me, ‘If you don’t get the job, it wasn’t meant for you.’ But what if the job was given to someone’s friend before I even had a chance?
- I’ve seen people succeed with half my effort. Not because they’re better—just because they know the right people.
- Some climb the ladder with skills. Others take the elevator with personal connections. I just want a fair chance to prove myself.
- I wasn’t born into privilege. I wasn’t handed opportunities. But I’m still here, still trying, still believing.
- Connections, nepotism, and Vitamin W—while some people get these effortlessly, I’m out here creating my own luck. I believe that every struggle I face is preparing me for a breakthrough.
- I may not be where I want to be yet, but I am not where I used to be either. Every step forward is a victory. I trust the process, I trust my efforts, and above all, I trust Allah.
- Sometimes, I wonder if all my effort is worth it. Then I remind myself: nothing is wasted in Allah’s plan.
- The world doesn’t see my struggles, but one day, it will see my success. I keep moving forward, not for applause, but because I refuse to let my circumstances define me.
- Every effort I make is like planting a seed. It may take time to grow, but when it does, it will flourish beyond my imagination. I will not stop watering my dreams.
- Life keeps testing me, throwing obstacles in my path. But I refuse to break. I know that my struggles are only making me stronger. Allah sees my effort, and He will reward me in ways I can’t even imagine.
✨ The Final Lesson: Rise Above It All!
Owais, Ruaa, and Ruba are silent. They are thinking. They are absorbing these words.
Then I say:
🚀 “Life will test you. It will try to break you. It will make you question everything. But if you hold onto faith, keep working, and never give up, you will rise.”
🎯 “Do not waste time comparing your journey to others. Your path is yours alone. Some people take years to succeed. Others take months. But what matters is that you keep going.”
🤲🏼 “So the next time life throws you down, don’t ask ‘Why me?’ Instead, say, ‘Ya Allah, I trust You. I will keep going.’”
🔹 Remember, every struggle you face is shaping you for something greater. May Allah reward your patience and open the best doors for you soon, Insha’Allah. 🤲🏼
Every closed door is a lesson, not a rejection. I will keep knocking, keep striving, and keep trusting. My time is written, and no one can take what Allah has decreed for me.
The only difference between winners and those who give up is persistence. I refuse to be among those who quit. I will keep going until my success is undeniable.
Every hardship is a teacher. Every failure is a stepping stone. Every delay is a test of faith. I accept them all because I know they are shaping me into the person I am meant to be.
I don’t need shortcuts. I don’t need “Vitamin W.” I have something far greater—Tawakkul. I trust that what is meant for me will reach me, and no one can take it away.
💫 May Allah ease your path and bless you with the best opportunities. 🤲🏼 Stay strong!
🔥 I know this journey has been incredibly tough, but Allah’s wisdom is beyond what we see.
May He open doors for you soon, Insha’Allah. 🤲🏼 Stay strong, keep pushing forward, and never give up—no matter what hardships, agony, setbacks, suffering, ordeals or pain you are going through!
🌟 You were built to rise. Keep going. Your moment is coming! 🚀
💡 Stay Inspired, Keep Growing!
🔥 Fair hiring should be the standard—opportunities based on merit, not Vitamin W, not privilege, not connections. Organizations thrive when skills and talent lead the way, not golden spoons or backdoor deals.
🚀 Hardships? Setbacks? Pain? We all face them. But what if you could turn struggles into strength? 💪
🎯 Do not waste time comparing your journey to others. Your time will come, and your victory will inspire others!
